We’re opening a new Busy Bees nursery in Cricklewood and are looking for passionate leaders to deliver exceptional early years education and give children the very best start in life.
Role OverviewBusy Bees has acquired and is transforming a two-storey nursery in Cricklewood. Soon, 110 little learners will be exploring, laughing, and growing in a beautifully refurbished space designed to inspire. We’re seeking
Room Leaders
to join us and help shape the nursery culture, creating an environment where children and staff thrive together.
Excellent transport connections: a 7-minute walk from Cricklewood Thameslink Station with direct trains to Central London, Luton, and St Albans. There are multiple local bus routes nearby (including 16, 189, 226, 245, 260, 460, C11) with night services N32 and N266.
Role Responsibilities
Create
engaging, exciting learning experiences for children
Lead
and inspire the nursery team with enthusiasm and creativity
Support
children’s development and maintain positive relationships with families
Plan
fun, educational activities to spark curiosity and growth
Ensure
the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene
Required Qualifications
Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
Experience in an early years setting; supervisory experience is an advantage (e.g., Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner)
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families
