About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join a welcoming nursery setting. This is a full-time position, ideal for a qualified childcare professional who is passionate about early years education and confident in leading a room effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Support the learning and development of children in line with EYFS guidelines
• Supervise and support other staff members within the room
• Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
• Proven experience working within a nursery setting
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (required)
• CV file must include the full name in the file title
