Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your roomCreate a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environmentFoster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaborationOversee child development and wellbeing, tracking progress and communicating with parentsAct as Key Person, supporting holistic development and personal care needsEnsure health and safety standards are met and maintain a clean, secure environmentQualifications
