Busy Bees Thames Ditton, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 89 children in a bright, spacious nursery divided into three rooms, each tailored to different age ranges. We prioritise outdoor exploration with an extensive outdoor space, shaded areas for each age group, and numerous opportunities for play. Our long-standing staff team is passionate about giving every child the best start in life. We maintain strong links with the local community, including nearby nursing homes, community centres, libraries, and local schools. Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, with progress tracked and communicated to parents.Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care for a group of children.Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.Required Qualifications

Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience preferred (e.g., Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner).Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Passionate about fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.Apply now to make a positive impact on young ..... full job details .....
