Nursery Room Leader Location: Surbiton Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Salary: 29,000 - 31,200 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week, worked over either 4 or 5 days, Monday to Friday Lead, Inspire and Make a Difference in Early Years Education We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join an excellent nursery based in Surbiton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a team in delivering exceptional care and education to young children. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing your room, supporting, and developing Nursery Practitioners, and creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are also currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner position within the nursery. Essential Requirement You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or an equivalent recognised qualification to be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Lead, support, and supervise Nursery Practitioners within your room. Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children''s learning and development. Ensure staff are appropriately deployed to maintain high standards of care and education.
