The Role As a Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of care and education within your designated room. You will lead by example, managing daily routines, inspiring your team, and ensuring every child in your care thrives. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a team of practitioners, ensuring high standards of practice and positive team morale. Curriculum and Planning: Oversee the implementation of the EYFS framework, ensuring room planning is creative, engaging, and tailored to individual child development.
