The successful Nursery Room Leader will be responsible for the following duties: Minimum of 2-3 years'' experience working in a nursery or early years setting Prior experience in a senior, supervisory, or room leader role preferred Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and current childcare legislation Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Safeguarding/Child Protection training Strong understanding of child development stages and safe practices Experience conducting observations, assessments, and progress reports Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with ..... full job details .....
