By leading and managing a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFSThrough supporting and guiding the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional developmentThrough building strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supportedWhat a Room Leader needs:

Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualificationExcellent understanding of EYFSExtensive knowledge of safeguarding childrenLeadership experience desirableSound like the place for you?
