Nursery Room Leader

Are you an experienced Room Leader looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you have a passion for inspiring young children and leading a dedicated team? We are looking for organised, caring and enthusiastic Room Leaders to join our warm and welcoming nurseries in Northwood Hills, Eastcote and Pinner. We are looking for experienced leaders who are passionate about Early Years education and can inspire their team to provide exceptional care and learning experiences for children. Opportunities are available across a range of age groups, from babies through to our preschool rooms. Our nurseries are easily accessible by public transport, with nearby bus stops and Metropolitan Line stations within walking distance. This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts between 7.30am and 6.00pm. About Us We are a family owned nursery group with a passion for providing exceptional childcare. Our Northwood Hills nursery first opened in July 2018 and has expanded twice due to demand. Our Eastcote nursery opened in June 2023, followed by our newest nursery in Pinner in January 2026.
