Nursery Room Leader

Nursery Room Leader - Pre school. We are currently looking for a Room lead for the Pre-school to join a beautiful setting in Banstead. The setting has amazing resources and friendly and supportive team. The role is for someone who has great leadership skills and previous senior or lead expereince in an early years setting. We are a friendly nursery with a warm and welcoming team. You will be leading our dedicated pre school unit for children from 3-4 years. Key Responsibilities and duties of the nursery Room Leader: Assisting the Nursery Management in providing day to day high quality childcare. Leading a small team within the preschool unit. Provide a positive learning environment that offers choice, experiences, independence and meets all the children needs. Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning within the room. Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children. Room Leader Candidates: Have room lead experience or a senior practitioner looking to take a step up. Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe. Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five. Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in childcare.
