to become part of our warm and welcoming team at Woodlands Day Nursery, nestled in the heart of Woodlands Court, Oxted.

\t£29,619.20 per anumm\t40 hours per week

Your role as room leader will be to:

\tPlan and deliver age-appropriate, stimulating activities in line with the EYFS.\tSupport children’s physical, emotional, and social development.\tLead and mentor your room team, promoting best practice and professional growth.\tMaintain accurate records and learning journals using EyMan.\tEnsure a strong key person approach and uphold safeguarding standards.\tPromote a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all.

Requirements:

\tLevel 3 Childcare qualification – Essential\t1+ year in Early Years – Essential\t6+ months in a senior role – Desirable\tStrong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge – Essential\tFluent in written and spoken English – Essential
