Responsibilities for Nursery Room Leader · To work effectively in partnership with other team members, parents and outside professionals · Part taking in the nursery’s daily routine and ensuring the highest level of childcare is being delivered · To organise the daily running of the room, including staff breaks, outings, reviewing observations, completing the rota etc ·To supporting and motivating your team with team effectiveness strategies · Ensuring that the children in the nursery are safe at all times and being vigilant for signs of abuse or neglect. · Completing regular training to progress personal and professional development.
