Nursery Room LeaderClaires Court School, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 3QE Competitive salary Full-time, 40 hours per week 52 weeks per year Start date: November 2026 or January 2027Claires Court has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and qualified Nursery Room Leader to join our experienced Early Years team.Based at The Thicket in Maidenhead, you will work with children aged two to four in a new nursery setting surrounded by beautiful grounds alongside our Junior School.The RoleAs Nursery Room Leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your room. You will ensure children receive consistently high-quality care while creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment in which they can learn, develop and thrive.You will lead and support your staff team, organise resources effectively and build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.Your responsibilities will include: Leading the day-to-day operation of your nursery roomDeploying staff and resources effectively while maintaining appropriate ratiosPlanning and delivering stimulating, age-appropriate activitiesCreating a welcoming, inclusive and creatively presented learning environmentTailoring routines and activities to meet each child s individual needsDeveloping positive and appropriate bonds with your key childrenTaking responsibility for the welfare of all children within your roomLeading observations and maintaining accurate development records, including ..... full job details .....
