About Our NurseryHarrogate Cornwall Road is an Ofsted-rated "Good" nursery with a capacity of 60 children. The facility features rooms grouped by developmental stage, a creative outdoor garden area, and convenient access to transport and parking.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care for a group of children.
Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience preferred (e.g., Nursery Room Leader/Manager or Practitioner).
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
