to take on a key role within their early years team with immediate availability. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional to step into a leadership role, shaping the learning environment and supporting both children and staff to thrive.The nursery prides itself on providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive setting where children are inspired to learn through play, curiosity, and exploration in line with the EYFS framework.Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day running of a designated room, ensuring high-quality care and education.Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities that support children’s development across all areas of learning.Supervise and mentor practitioners, offering guidance and support to maintain best practice.Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals to support each child’s progress.Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS statutory requirements.Candidate Requirements:Enhanced Child Workforce DBS
