They provide exceptional care and nurturing environments that make a real difference in the lives of all the children.Nursery Practitioner Duties:Provide a high standard of care and education to all childrenFollow the EYFS frameworkProvide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the childrenStrong communication with parents, professionals and colleaguesBe responsible for assessing and reviewing the children''s developmentImplement an effective key person approachProvide an enabling indoor and outdoor environmentMaintain and update personal records for each individual childEnsure the safety and welfare of all children is maintainedCoordinating with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding education experiences through practical and theoretical activitiesNursery Practitioner Requirements:Full and relevant level 2 or 3 (or above) childcare qualificationAt least 12 months experience working in an Early Years settingComprehensive safeguarding and child protection policies and proceduresThe ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and childrenA passion for childcare and ..... full job details .....
