Nursery Practitioner

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner''s to join a range of fantastic nurseries and early years centres in South Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare professional looking to further their career in a nurturing and supportive environment. You will need a Minimum Level 3 Relevant Early Years qualification to be considered for this role.

As an EYFS practitioner, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years

• Delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework

• Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

• Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Supporting with planning, observations, and assessments

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification is highly desirable (Level 2 is essential)

• Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ongoing CPD and training opportunities

• A supportive and experienced team of education consultants

• Access to a wide network of reputable early years settings
