The Gleddings School is a vibrant and welcoming environment focused on children. We opened Little Gleddings nursery in 2021, operating 50 weeks a year from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm for children aged 6 months to 3 years. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Level 3 nursery practitioner to join our supportive team.The successful candidate will keep records of each child’s development and learning journey, share information with parents/carers daily, plan activities or support for next steps based on observations, and communicate with the relevant parent/carer. You must understand the importance of nurture in a child’s development. We value hardworking, team players who can build good relationships with children and parents.You should have:significant experience of working as a nursery nurseLevel 3 (minimum) nursery nurse qualification or equivalent and trained in paediatric first aidability to demonstrate a good understanding of how children learnan outstanding record of teamworka good understanding of Ofsted requirements and safeguarding processesResponsibilities
