We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Nursery Practitioner to join one of the wonderful early years settings we support in Horsham. Whether youandrsquo;re an experienced practitioner seeking flexible working options or a newly qualified professional aiming to gain more hands-on experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing and engaging early years environment.

In this role, you will provide a safe, stimulating, and supportive space for young children, helping them develop essential early learning skills and ensuring they thrive in their early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and early years education in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and deliver engaging activities to support children''s development.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor children''s progress and support their individual learning needs.
Work closely with parents and carers to support children''s well-being and growth.

£ Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
£ Current DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply.
