Nursery Practitioner

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Practitioner to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting young children''s development and creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment. Sponsorship guidance available. Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional development for children from infants to preschoolers. Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and ensuring the safety of children at all times. Support children''s individual needs, including those with disabilities or special educational requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Observe and document children''s progress, communicating effectively with parents and guardians about their child''s development. Assist with daily routines such as nap times, outdoor play, and meal times to ensure a smooth daily schedule. Implement behavior management strategies that promote positive behavior and social interactions among children. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures when necessary.
