As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5.

• Plan and support engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• Foster a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

• Observe, assess and record children''s progress where appropriate.

• Support children''s personal, social and emotional development through play-based learning.

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.

• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.

• A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.

• A warm, caring and proactive approach to supporting young children.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one before starting.

• A genuine passion for early years education and helping children reach their full potential.
