The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children in compliance with Company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the Childcare Act 2006 and Health and Safety legislation, all within the requirements and guidelines as laid down by Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage guidance. The organisation is located close to local transport links. The nursery holds a Good Ofsted rating. They are open 07:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday all weeks of the year except for one week at Christmas. Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver high-quality education and care to children.Create a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children.Build strong relationships with parents and carers.Maintain accurate records of children''s progress and development.Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.Requirements:NVQ Level 3 Child Care Qualification.Minimum of 1 years of experience within a day nursery setting.Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage guidance.Ability to work well in a team.What you''ll ..... full job details .....
