Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and early childhood education within a nurturing environment. The Nursery Practitioner will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and well-being for all children in our care. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children''s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development following the EYFS and development matters. Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and organised activities to ensure their safety at all times Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork. Maintain accurate records of children''s progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones Ensure the nursery complies with all health and safety regulations, including safeguarding policies Support the organisation of daily routines and special events within the nursery setting Assist in managing nursery resources and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment Lead by example in demonstrating excellent childcare practices and professionalism Experience Previous experience working with children within a nursery or early childhood education setting is essential Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education frameworks Excellent communication ..... full job details .....
