Level 3 Practitioner

Salary £27,768.00 Per annum

40 hours per week

Our nursery is housed in a charming thatched-roof building on the outskirts of the stunning New Forest National Park. Conveniently located on Salisbury Road, the nursery offers excellent transport links between Bournemouth, Ringwood, Salisbury, and Southampton via the A338. We are also just a short walk from the nearest bus stop on Surma Valley. Additionally, a large car park is available for staff parking..

We provide a safe, nurturing environment where children feel secure and valued. Our highly qualified staff are trained in first aid and safeguarding. With direct access to large, securely enclosed outdoor play areas, we support each child’s emotional and physical development at their own pace.

Your Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

\tPlan and deliver

exciting, engaging

activities tailored to each child’s needs.\tCreate a

safe, clean, and stimulating

environment that encourages learning through play.\tForm strong relationships with children and parents, acting as a

key person

for individual children.\tWork closely with a supportive team, ensuring high standards of care and education.\tMaintain safeguarding practices and adhere to nursery policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

\tA

Level 3 childcare qualification

(essential).\tFluent in written and spoken English (essential).\tAt least

one year of experience

working in Early Years (desirable).\tKnowledge of the

EYFS framework and regulatory requirements

(desirable).
