Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our vibrant team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children in our care.Responsibilities

Planning and delivering engaging educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)Caring for and supervising children at all times to ensure their safety and well-beingWorking closely with parents to provide updates on their child’s progress and developmentCreating a warm and inviting atmosphere where children can thrive and flourishCollaborating with colleagues to share ideas and best practicesMaintaining and organizing the learning environment and resourcesParticipating in training and professional development opportunitiesAvailable schedules

Full-timePart-timeShifts including day and 10 or 8 hour optionsMonday to Friday, with overtime and weekend availability (as required)Requirements

A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalentExperience working in a nursery or early years settingStrong understanding of the EYFS requirementsExcellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with children and parentsPassion for early childhood education and dedication to providing high-quality careFlexibility to work various shifts as requiredAbility to work effectively as part of a teamBenefits
