Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a high-quality Early Years setting in Wandsworth (SW15).
This is a full-time position within an Outstanding-rated nursery and is ideal for an Early Years practitioner who is passionate about supporting children''s learning and development. The nursery provides exceptional care for children aged 3 months to 5 years and offers excellent opportunities for professional development, career progression, and working within a supportive team.
You will be:

Delivering high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework

Supporting children''s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging and age-appropriate activities

Acting as a key person and building strong relationships with children and their families

Monitoring children''s progress through observations, assessments, and next-step planning

Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and maintaining full compliance with EYFS requirements

Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain outstanding standards of care and education

Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery and contributing to continuous improvement
The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within an Early Years setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development is essential. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills are required.
