About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly and supportive teams in Watford and Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified childcare professionals who are passionate about early years education and creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with EYFS standards
• Support children''s learning and development through engaging activities
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment at all times
• Observe, assess, and record children''s progress

Requirements:

• Must hold a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous nursery or childcare experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for working with children
