About the role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you''ll play an important part in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where every child can flourish.

You''ll:

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
• Support children''s development through engaging play and creative activities
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Ensure children''s safety and wellbeing are always your top priority
• Help create an exciting learning environment where curiosity and imagination are encouraged
• Observe, assess and support each child''s individual development
• Work as part of a caring and collaborative team

We''re looking for someone who has

• A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, NNEB or equivalent) or QTS
• Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• A genuine passion for Early Years education and child development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, patient and approachable nature
• A positive attitude and willingness to continue learning and developing professionally
