Nursery Practitioner - Level 2

OverviewAs an Early Years Educator, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children at Busy Bees. You will join a company that values high-quality education and provides opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.

Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

Take on the role of Key Person, building partnerships with children and their families.

Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.

Contribute to Foundation Class activities to prepare preschoolers for their next key stage.

Qualifications

Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.

Experience working with children under 5.

Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.

It is easily accessible by car (4-minute drive from the M53 Junction 8) and public transport (5-minute walk from Little Sutton train station; Tesco Express bus stop serves route X1). The nursery offers free parking and a Foundation Class with a highly experienced team.
