Full-Time Early Years Practitioner - Weybridge We are looking for a warm, honest and hardworking Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery in our flagship setting on Station Approach, Weybridge Our nursery offers a cosy, homely and nurturing environment where children can feel safe, secure and valued. You will work as part of a close-knit team that supports one another and shares a genuine passion for helping children learn, grow and thrive. The role of a Nursery Practitioner . Your responsibilities will include: Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children. Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities. Supporting children''s learning and development in line with the EYFS. Building warm and trusting relationships with children and their families. Observing children''s progress and helping to plan their next steps. Supporting children''s personal care and daily routines. Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming nursery environment. Working closely with colleagues to provide consistently high-quality care. Working hours of the Nursery Practitioner This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours across four days each week. Your working hours will be 7:30am to 6:30pm, with appropriate breaks. The four-day working week provides a regular weekday away from work while still offering stable full-time hours.
