Nursery Practitioner

We are currently looking for a Nursery practitioner for our beautiful Nursery Pre-school-in ESHER.

Hours:The role is full or part time working 2, 3 4 or 5 days per week and we are open 8am - 6pm all year round.

-The nursery preschool-has stunning-green grounds, amazing resources and friendly and supportive team.-We are a small and friendly nursery preschool with a warm and welcoming feel. You will be working-a team of staff in our dedicated nursery pre school which consists of 3 small-classrooms 1-2''s, 2-3''s and 3-4''s.

Nursery practitioner key responsibilities and duties are:

• Assisting the Nursery Management in providing day to day high quality childcare.
• Provide a positive learning environment that offers choice, experiences, independence and meets all the children needs.
• Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning within the room.
• Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children.

Nursery practitioner candidates:

• Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
• Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
• Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 2/3 or higher/ equivalent in childcare. (We could consider unqualified candidates that hold at least 3 years minimum experience in a childcare setting)
• Be able to work well within a small team.
