Are you a passionate and caring childcare professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive nursery team. This is an exciting opportunity to help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow and thrive.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children''s learning and development while ensuring the highest standards of care. You will work closely with colleagues, parents and carers to provide engaging activities that promote children''s physical, emotional, social and educational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged [age range].
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Support children''s individual learning and development needs.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe, secure and stimulating environment.
  • Observe, monitor and record children''s progress.
  • Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing at all times.
  • Assist with daily nursery routines, including meal times and personal care.
  • Act as a key person for a group of children and maintain accurate records.

What We''re Looking For

Essential:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent recognised childcare qualification).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Knowledge of SEND and inclusive practice.
