Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Duties

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play, ensuring they are age-appropriate and cater to individual needs.
• Observe and assess children''s progress, maintaining accurate records to support their development.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
• Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and well-organised at all times.
• Implement safeguarding policies and procedures to protect the welfare of all children in your care.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
• Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• A recognized qualification in Early Years Education ( Level 3 or above).
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting is desirable.
• Strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
• A passion for nurturing children''s growth and development in a supportive environment.
• Enhanced DBS check will be required prior to employment.
