Nursery Practitioner

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and welcoming early years setting who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner, or someone looking to take the next step in their early years career, to join a setting that places a strong emphasis on high-quality care, positive relationships and staff development. About the role As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel secure, valued and supported to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be someone who is confident working in a busy nursery environment and who genuinely enjoys engaging with children through play, interaction and meaningful learning experiences. The ideal candidate will: Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. Have a strong practical understanding of the EYFS. Be confident and capable of working within a busy nursery environment. Understand the importance of attachment, emotional regulation and strong key-person relationships. Be warm, caring and proactive, with a genuine ability to engage and interact with children. Have excellent communication skills when working with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
