Job Title: Flexible Nursery Practitioner
Location: Across East Lancashire
Pay: -13.68 - -14.50 per hour (inclusive of statutory holiday pay)
Job Type: Supply (Part-Time and Full-Time), with Permanent Roles Available

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and flexible Nursery Practitioners to support a range of nurseries across East Lancashire. This is a great opportunity for qualified early years professionals who are looking for flexible work, variety in settings, and potential permanent placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

  • Support nurseries with daily routines, activities, and child supervision

  • Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children

  • Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

  • Adapt to different nursery settings and contribute to the smooth running of each environment

Requirements:

  • Recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3) - Essential

  • Paediatric First Aid - Desirable

  • Safeguarding and Food Hygiene training - Desirable

  • Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to new environments

Training Provided:
If you do not currently hold training in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, or Food Hygiene, we will support you in accessing relevant training and development opportunities.
