This fantastic busy 100 plus place Nursery in Hitchin are now seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to work in a setting committed to high-quality care and education.  Working a 40 hr week, with great benefits including health care package, onsite parking, xmas closure, our clients are offering salary c£29k depending on qualifications and experience.

What are Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role

• Level 2 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
