Level 3 Nursery Nurse / EYFS Practitioner – Full Time – Bexhill

An outstanding school in Bexhill is currently recruiting a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team. This is a full-time, term-time only position starting in September. The role has been created due to an increase in pupil numbers.

You will be joining a welcoming and supportive school community. Senior leaders and staff take pride in maintaining strong relationships with parents and the wider community. The Headteacher is committed to creating a stimulating and creative learning environment for the youngest pupils.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 3:30pm (term time only)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and engage children within the EYFS setting

  • Plan and deliver learning activities in line with the EYFS curriculum

  • Observe, assess, and record children''s development and progress

  • Work collaboratively with a team of Early Years professionals

  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare and Education / Early Years

  • Experience working within an EYFS setting

  • Understanding of planning and delivering activities based on the EYFS framework

  • Experience of observing and recording child development

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Confidence when liaising with parents
