Nursery Practitioners sought for multiple roles in the Calder Valley!
Are you a Nursery Practitioner with experience working with Early Years children? If you have experience as a Nursery Nurse for children in Nursery and Reception or as a Teaching Assistant in Early Years at a school, then this role is for you!
Starting from May, various Nurseries in the area are looking for Nursery Practitioners to work in their Private Day Nurseries.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting children''s learning through play
Supervising and observing key children
Having Pediatric First Aid certification or willingness to undertake a course
Providing personal care when required
Supporting children who may struggle to access provision
Requirements:
A CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent
Experience working in a Private or School Nursery setting
Passion and enthusiasm for early years education
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will provide strong pastoral and emotional support, be vigilant to children''s cues and needs, and demonstrate flexibility. Some children may require personal care and first aid support.
