We''re looking for a dedicated Nursery Person / Horticultural Specialist to join our busy production nursery and cash & carry. This is a hands-on role where you''ll be involved in every stage of plant care-from arrival and maintenance to display and despatch-ensuring our customers receive healthy, high-quality plants every time.

• Caring for plant stock: watering, feeding, pruning, and maintaining health and vitality.

• Preparing, picking, and packing plants for customer orders with accuracy and pride.

• Supporting all areas of nursery production, including setting down arrivals and maintaining displays.

• Monitoring crops for pests, diseases, and irrigation needs-acting promptly to keep plants in top condition.

• Following OH&S, plant health, and nursery protocols to maintain biosecurity and high standards.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to keep nursery systems efficient, safe, and customer-focused.

• Horticultural knowledge (or a strong enthusiasm to develop it).

• Enjoyment of practical, outdoor work in a fast-paced environment.

• A reliable team player with excellent attention to detail.

• Willingness to keep learning and building skills.
