This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow in their career, take on more responsibility and make a real impact on children s early learning and development.Requirements for this role: Level 3 Childcare qualificationMinimum 2 years experience in an early years setting.Passionate about childcare and child development.• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding. • Organised, proactive, and able to lead by example.• Excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Support and lead daily routines, activities, and learning opportunities in your room.Plan and implement engaging activities to support children s development.Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards.
