TeacherActive is working with a fantastic nursery in Leicester that is looking to welcome an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to their friendly team. The setting is passionate about creating a safe, stimulating and caring environment where children are encouraged to learn through exploration, creativity and meaningful play.

This full-time role offers flexible shifts between 8am and 6pm and is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting children''s development at every stage. You will help deliver engaging activities linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage, contribute to continuous provision, support small group learning and provide personal care where required, ensuring every child has the opportunity to achieve their early learning goals.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Level 3 or Level 2 Childcare qualification, or at least 6 months'' relevant Early Years experience
• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development
• Experience supporting continuous provision and delivering play-based learning opportunities
• Confidence working with small groups and promoting children''s communication, social and emotional development
• Experience supporting children''s personal care needs
• A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for Early Years education
