Who are you£
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
andmiddot;andnbsp; Experience working with young children (preferred)
andmiddot;andnbsp; A caring, patient, and enthusiastic nature

What are your responsibilities£
- Work collaboratively with the Nursery School and Daycare team to implement policies and action plans.
andmiddot;andnbsp; Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that supports children''s holistic development.
andmiddot;andnbsp; Plan and deliver stimulating activities that meet children''s learning needs in line with the EYFS framework.
andmiddot;andnbsp; Actively engage with children to encourage exploration, learning, and positive social interactions.
andmiddot;andnbsp; Ensure children''s well-being, safety, and discipline, adhering to safeguarding, health andamp; safety, and child protection policies.
andmiddot;andnbsp; Observe, assess, and maintain accurate records of children''s development and achievements.
andmiddot;andnbsp; Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, valuing their role in their child''s growth.
andmiddot;andnbsp; Foster an inclusive setting that celebrates diversity in language, ability, culture, and background.
