Job Type: Full-Time, Long Term (5 days a week), Day to Day Supply

Pay Rate: -95 - -110 per day

Job Overview:

Supply Staff Ltd is seeking experienced Nursery Nurses to work across nursery and early years settings in Gloucester. The successful candidates will provide high-quality care and support to young children, helping them develop through play, structured activities and everyday routines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and support to children in an early years setting.
* Support children''s learning and development through play.
* Assist with communication, language, physical and social development.
* Support daily routines, activities and transitions.
* Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
* Build positive relationships with children and staff.
* Support children with SEN and additional needs where required.
* Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Nursery Nurse or within an early years setting.
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent relevant qualification.
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patient, caring and reliable approach.
* SEN experience would be desirable but is not essential.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
* Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
