£110-£130 per day depending on experience

Location – Bognor Regis

Hours – Full time 8:15-4

Job Description:

• Provide high-quality care and stimulation for babies in the nursery
• Be responsible for the health and well-being of the children in your care 
• Oversee the baby room and ensure staff within are following protocal 
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and development.

What you will need:

• A relevant qualification in early years education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
• Experience in a baby room setting and the running of it
• A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A thorough understanding of safeguarding practices.
