Key Responsibilities:

• Support childrenandrsquo;s learning and development through purposeful play, exploration, and adult-led activities.
• Encourage social skills, independence, and confidence in young learners.
• Help to establish clear routines that create a calm and supportive environment.
• Plan and deliver activities that promote the EYFS curriculum, in collaboration with the nursery lead.
• Observe, record, and contribute to the assessment of children''s progress.
• Support children with additional needs where required.

Qualifications andamp; Skills:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
• Experience of working in an early years setting, particularly with 3andndash;5 year olds.
• A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach, with a good sense of humour.
• A clear understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
