What you will need: A relevant qualification in early years education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A thorough understanding of safeguarding practices.
