A happy-go-lucky young male in his late teens. He\''s a social butterfly who thrives on interacting with people, enjoys lots of cuddles and loves being out and about, enjoying trips in his adapted van with his care team. He also likes attending school, going swimming and especially loves shopping.You\''ll support him to access the activities he enjoys, whilst delivering essential daily care, carrying out regular observations and always ensuring his comfort and safety. He is unable to mobilise independently and uses a wheelchair for mobility when accessing the community.Please note:

To be successful in this role, you\''ll need to have experience as a
Nursery Nurse , with a strong passion for supporting children and young people.We\''re Looking For Individuals Who Are
