This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic early years professional who is committed to supporting children''s learning, development and wellbeing.The RoleStarting towards the end of November, this full-time position will continue until at least the end of the academic year in July, with the potential for a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.You will play an important role in supporting children''s development, delivering high-quality early years provision and ensuring that children have the best possible start to their educational journey.The Ideal CandidateHold a CACHE Level 3 qualification or an equivalent recognised early years qualification.Have previous experience working in an early years setting, ideally within a school environment.Have an excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and curriculum.Be confident observing children''s development, linking observations to the EYFS framework and maintaining accurate records.Be a proactive team player with plenty of initiative and a positive, nurturing approach.Have excellent communication skills when working ..... full job details .....
