Overview
We are searching for a proactive candidate who can effectively support our manager and its team. The position involves taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company and overseeing the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Guidance (EYFS).Responsibilities
Oversee and deliver EYFS guidance in line with statutory requirements.Proactively support the team in daily operations.Work with children, parents and carers to provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.Be prepared to participate in facility tours, classroom observations and team discussions.Qualifications and Requirements
Copies of relevant childcare certificates (level 3 childcare diploma, foundation degree, full degree, QTS, EYP etc.).Copies of GCSE certificates (Maths and English grades C and above – essential to apply).Copies of safeguarding/child protection training and level.Two references with contact details (one from a current employer).Minimum Early Years qualification of level 3+, childcare degree and/or NQT, equivalent or higher.Demonstrated experience in Childcare history and experience, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities experience, knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child protection.The Interview

A candidate for this position will need to demonstrate the ability to successfully manage children, support parents and carers and work alongside others.
