Overview

We are seeking a Nursery Nurse, Early Years Practitioner-to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support the development and well-being of young children within a nurturing and safe environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring each child''s individual needs are met.-

This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children''s early learning journeys while working within a collaborative team committed to high standards of care.- You will have the option to work either all year round or Term Time Only, 12 weeks paid holidays.-

Duties and Responsiblities include,

• Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children''s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Assist in supervising children during playtime, mealtimes, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure their safety at all times.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging independence, curiosity, and confidence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child''s progress and daily experiences.
• Support management in implementing early childhood education best practices and curriculum planning.
• Requirements
• Childcare qualifications or certifications preferred (e.g., CACHE, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare). Or BA in Early Years Education from Uk or Overseas University. Or QTS, Montessori Teaching Qualification, EYPS.
